Thanks for the chance to present this proposal, it was great to meet you today. I’m excited to partner and support you to build your Notion workspace. From our conversation I’ve attempted to map a path forward we can follow with timing and costing information as well as some examples of our previous work.

Phase 1 - Process Mapping and Workspace Design

As discussed a critical element in building an effective Notion workspace is clarifying the business systems that you want the tool to support. So this phase is focussed on getting super clear about what the tool is managing, the functionality you require from it and how/if it needs to relate to other digital systems you’re also using.

Cost: $250

Timing: 1 week.

Phase 2 - Notion Build and Feedback

This phase takes the project from ideas to a rough but functioning v1. Based on our conversation I build out the workspace and come back for a thorough demonstration and feedback session. I may require further engagements with you to clarify elements through this process. It’s likely you’ll still want further development after this phase, either straight away or further down the track as you use the tool and realise adjustments/improvements you’d like to make.

Cost: $1000

Timing: 1-2 weeks.

Phase 3 - Extend Functionality, Adapt Interfaces, Extra Training

This phase enables you to choose which areas of the workspace need further enhancement E.g. Buttons or Automations. We use a similar model where we meet together to work through your ideas and build, I complete some follow up work before coming back for further feedback and review.

Cost: $150 p/hour (Estimate 3+hrs)

Timing: Flexible. Suggest weekly session and delivery
